***Conditions of Our Service***
We are a registered business but we are not authorised repairers, please only use our services if your warranty is expired, if we repair your device it will void your warranty.
Due to the expensiveness of some of the replacement parts and for peace of mind, we will require a deposit of either half the cost of the job, total cost of parts or possession of the item in question that requires repairs.
All items will be tested before returning to ensure they are in working order.
Please ensure you back up all the information on your device as some repairs may cause the loss of data, or your device may require a reset for the repair to take effect. We can not be held accountable for any loss of data.
***No Fix No Charge***
We have a No Fix No Charge policy were if we can't fix your device issue we wont charge you a cent.

All Repairs come with a standard 6 month warranty were by if the part repaired malfunctions or does not perform as specified by no fault of the device owner we will replace it free of charge.
***NO REFUNDS***
Please note once you have confirmed to us to order the parts for your device repair and you have paid the deposit that is final if you back out and/or have your device repaired somewhere else we will not refund you for the part ordered.
If the information you gave us was incorrect and we ordered the wrong part for the repair we are happy to send it back for the correct part but you will have to pay the return postage fee, and the postage fee for the newly ordered part.
If we are at fault and ordered the wrong part we will return it for the correct part at no cost to you.
